This Italian sparkling white wine is mainly based on the transformation of the Glera grape variety. It is produced in five provinces of Veneto (Belluno, Venice, Padua, Treviso and Vicenza) and four provinces of Friuli Venezia Giulia (Gorizia, Pordenone, Trieste and Udine). Less expensive than champagne and often, just as tasty, it is perfect for a festive meal!
