Port and Sherry are produced in Portugal, in the Upper Douro region, and in Jerez de la Frontera in Spain respectively. While Sherry is a white wine, Port is available in red, white and rosé. Both are versatile, and may be consumed as an aperitif, with tapas or a meal, or else, as a nightcap.
