Mr Erman Indirli, is the first generation, who diversify the Company into the rum business in 2010 starting from basic cocktail rums. In 2012, he further diversified in the high end rum making, namely, the Mauritius Dodo Rum dark and Mauritius Dodo Rum Clear in 700ml and 1 L format in handmade innovatively designed bottles. The Company started exporting the rum products to Europe in 2015, more specifically, to United Kingdom, France, Germany and Republic Czech. In 2018, the Company expanded the rum products by developing the 5cl agricultural rhum collection and the 13 cl Ti Dodo Rum.
Mauritius Dodo Rum
The first mouth blown and handmade bottle of Mauritius. The bottle portrays creativity and passion in its design meant to excel your expectations. The Mauritius Dodo Rum (Dark) projects the pride of Mauritius Island with its iconic glass dodo found inside the bottle. With regards to the rum, it is produced by macerating vanilla, banana and red fruits in oak barrels for six months in order to provide the Mauritius Dodo Rum (Dark) with a unique taste and smoothness. When tasted, the Mauritius Dodo Rum (Dark) burst with a complex spectrum of tropical fruit flavours, matured bananas to finish with a lingering spiced note on the taste buds.
