Pastis is an aniseed-flavored drink 51 created by the French company Pernod Ricard in 1951 and is usually taken with cold water and sometimes with ice cubes.
This liqueur is obtained from maceration of star anise from Vietnam or China, Provencal herbs and water. A product that has always been a trading strategy sublime, because since 1983 has been offering a different bottle each year for those who love collecting, currently Pastis 51 is considered one of the top 100 brands largest volume in the world.
